Refunds and Returns Policy

At Pak Styles Hub, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward and fair return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products purchased from PakStylesHub.com under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received the product to initiate a return.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized Products: Any customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, undergarments or other intimate apparel cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at shabihzeeshan12@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Prepare Your Return: Place the item(s) in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Ensure the package is securely sealed.
- Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shabihzeeshan12@gmail.com.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at shabihzeeshan12@gmail.com and send your item to the return address provided above.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shabihzeeshan12@gmail.com with details of the issue. We will arrange for the return of the defective product at no additional cost to you and will provide a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
